PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk voltage detector with high sensitivity and low skew characteristics. SOLUTION: A bulk voltage is fed back and compared with a target bulk voltage. A voltage sensing unit for providing a first detection signal, of which voltage gain becomes large in a predetermined voltage range, and an amplifying unit for providing a third detection signal according to a second detection signal, which is obtained by receiving the first detection signal and performing inversion amplification, are provided. In addition, the other invention includes a voltage sensing unit for providing a first detection signal after the bulk voltage is fed back and compared with the target bulk voltage, and an amplifying unit for providing a third detection signal according to a second detection signal, which is obtained by receiving the first detection signal and performing inversion amplification are included, but the voltage sensing unit includes a voltage gain adjusting unit which is operated in a saturation region if it is in a predetermined voltage region.
