PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release agent composition capable of largely increasing the number of times which enables molding to be repeatedly performed by one processing, the one-time processing to be performed in a short time, and additional processing to be also performed. SOLUTION: The mold release agent composition contains (A) a liquefaction silicone range, (B) a urethane resin water based emulsion or urethane resin water based dispersed matter, and (C1) a silane having at least one epoxy group at a molecular chain end, and/or its partial hydrolysate, or (C2) a silane having at least one methacryloxypropyl group at a molecular chain end, and/or its partial hydrolysate.
