PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a sheet-like cultured cell on a part of a planar adhesive holding face 6a in a state of being developed in a wide area, and effectively prevent suspended other part of the sheet-like cultured cell from being overlapped on each other and adhered to each other. SOLUTION: Tweezers 1 have two leg portions 2, 3 connected to each other openably and closably, so that grip portions 4, 5 provided on the tip part of each leg portion are mutually approached or separated to grip an article. An adhesive holding member 6 is provided in a leg portion 3 in such a manner as protruding to the opposite side to the side where both grip portions 4 and 5 are faced with each other, with this adhesive holding member 6 having a planar adhesive holding face 6a. By using the tweezers 1, when the sheet-like cultured cell cultured in a Petri dish is gripped and suspended, an end portion of a sheet-like cultured cell is held by both grip portions 4 and 5, and the adhesive holding face 6a can be brought into contact with the sheet-like cultured cell and adhered thereto, while raising the tweezers.
