PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relation diagram creating system for creating a relation diagram representing relation between a plurality of various target items while freely linking the target items. SOLUTION: The relation diagram creating system includes a relation diagram creating method for creating a relation diagram representing relation between a plurality of various target items including the same target items by linking the target items in series through a relation line while referring to linkage data, and a relation diagram output means for outputting a relation diagram created through the relation diagram creating means.
