PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic transfer sheet capable of double-side print output, that can easily be cut into a predetermined shape after output since perforations are formed in advance before output, that prevents, during the output on a surface, the separation claw or feed roll of a printer from pressing and scratching the back, as another output side, that excels as a material for writing with a pencil or the like, that has a durable image-part, and that is suitable for forming a POP, membership card, or shelf label. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic transfer sheet has a sheet-shaped structure formed by laminating in order: a core material layer (C) formed from a paper base material or thermoplastic resin base material; a thermoplastic film layer (B1) formed on one side of the layer (C); and an image receiving layer (A1) containing a pigment so that a mass part proportion (pigment mass parts/resin mass parts) relative to a binder resin is (5/5) to (9/1).
