The body i.e. ready-mix concrete part (15), has an upper contact surface for a tower (10) i.e. steel tower, of a wind turbine (W), and a lower contact surface for a foundation body (11), where the connecting body is arranged between the tower and foundation body. The lower contact surface is larger than the upper contact surface, where the connecting body is formed narrowly from an upper side to a lower side. The connecting body is uneven at the lower side facing the foundation body, and a recess is provided at the lower side forms an intermediate space or hollow space. An independent claim is also included for a method for erecting a tower of a wind turbine.
