The device has an insulating material housing implemented as a die casting molded part made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide with a foam structure. Two housing parts are joined to form the housing. The material housing is partially die cast in a physical foaming process. The housing is partially made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide in a die casting process under application of the physical foaming. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an installation device.
