A power generating method using compression and expansion of refrigerant gas is provided to increase the generated energy and to reduce the compressor consumable power. A power generating method using compression and expansion of refrigerant gas is as follows. The gas including refrigerant is condensed. The compressed gas is expanded and power is generated. By using temperature including the coldness, the compression ratio is reduced and it efficiently compresses. When the ambient temperature is higher than the temperature(for example, 15C) including the coldness, in the tank receiving the compressed gas after the compression, the gas is sent by turbine and power is generated. The compression ratio is lowered and compressed in order to compress the gas and condense, the water due to paper cold and warmth etc. is surrounded from condenser. The refrigerant liquefying in the condensation the heat pump is operated from the solar energy air heat or the air heat, the coldness, the solar energy etc. Temperature is higher than the coldness is obtained with number it has been raising to the arbitrary temperature.
