A manufacturing method of a tile of a gold color using a thin film deposition method is provided to produce a gold color tile by depositing a nitride thin film on a side of a metal material. A manufacturing method of a tile of a gold color using a thin film deposition method comprises the following steps of: depositing one or more among Al, Ag, Ti, Cr, Ni, Sn, Cu, stainless steel and their alloy on a side of the tile with thickness of 10~50nm; forming a metal layer(140); forming a nitride layer(160) by depositing one among titanium nitride, zirconium nitride, and chrome nitride with the thickness of 10~500nm; coating the nitride layer with a transparent paint; and forming a protective layer(180).
