A COMPOSITION OF ANTIOXIDATIVE AND ANTIHYPERTENSIVE PEPTIDES DERIVED FROM MARINE ZOOPLANKTON

A peptide composition for antioxidation and antihypertension, which is derived from marine zooplankton and isolated from pepsine hydrolysate and alcalase hydrolysate is provided. A composition of rotifer which is hydrolyzed from marine zooplankton, rotifer, with protease. The protease is alcalase, chymotrypsin, neutrase, papain, pepsin or trypsin. The composition for antihypertension comprises a peptide of the sequence number 1(Asp-Asp-Thr-Gly-His-Asp-Phe-Glu-Asp-Thr-Gly-Glu-Ala-Met). The composition for antioxidation comprises a peptide of sequence number 2(Leu-Leu-Gly-Pro-Gly-Leu-Thr-Asn-His-Ala) or 3(Asp-Leu-Gly-Leu-Gly-Leu-Pro-Gly-Ala-His).
