<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving convenience for a user in a vehicle equipped with a plurality of electric storage apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle 1 comprises: batteries BA, BB as the electric storage apparatuses; vehicle loads (motor generators MG1, MG2, inverters 14, 22, voltage boosting converters 12A, 12B, connections 40A, 40B and system main relays SMRG, SR) configured so as to select at least one of the batteries BA, BB as a power supply source, receive power from the power supply source and generate a drive force; and a control section for controlling the vehicle loads so as to receive power from the power supply source in response to a selection instruction for selecting the power supply source.
