PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more highly stabilized piezoelectric oscillator whose frequency temperature characteristics are not deteriorated. SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric oscillator provided with an oscillation section 3 obtained by forming an oscillation circuit with a piezoelectric vibrator 4 and packaged on a circuit substrate 2, and a metal cover 6 attached integrally to the circuit substrate so as to cover these piezoelectric vibrator and oscillation sections, a heat-conductive resin agent M2 is put in a mutually-facing region between the upper surface of the oscillation section and the bottom surface of the metal cover, and joins them to each other.
