BIOSUPPORT AND BIOCHIP USING HYPERBRANCHED POLYMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosupport and a biochip both of which use a hyperbranched polymer. SOLUTION: The hyperbranched polymer is bonded to a substrate through sulfur atoms or nitrogen atoms, and the biosupport contains the linker bonded to the hyperbranched polymer through the sulfur atoms or nitrogen atoms. The surface of the substrate is covered with gold, and the hyperbranched polymer is bonded to the substrate through the sulfur atoms. A biochip support contains the linker bonded to the hyperbranched polymer through the sulfur atoms and the linker contains a succinimide group and/or a maleimide group. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
