<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener fixing structure for inexpensively fixing a fastener to a closed section structure, and to provide a fastener fixing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the fastener fixing structure, an opening 1c is formed in a wall face 1b of the long closed section structure 1 having a closed section 1a and the fastener 2 provided on the surface side of the closed section structure 1 is fastened to a fastened part 6 provided in the closed section 1a.
