PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice display hanger to be attached to a refrigerator and the like for displaying a number of "notices" and the like in one place in an orderly state and enabling a user to check the notices at a glance. SOLUTION: A notice display hanger is provided wherein: a rotary shaft (2) is provided to a base section (3) fixed by a magnet; a plurality of arms (1) made of steel and the like and smoothly rotating horizontally are attached to the rotary shaft; notices and the like are fixed on both sides of the arm (1) by a magnetic shell (4); and a rear face display section (5) on which characters can be written with a board marker is provided at the end of the arm.
