PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen inspecting apparatus capable of executing accurate inspection with a tiny quantity of specimen and a reaction reagent by separating an appropriate quantity of undetermined solution part according to measurement items. SOLUTION: When measurement items of a specimen to be inspected are selected, a specimen pump 15 and a first reagent pump 14 start delivery of the specimen and a first reagent to an ultrafine passage 1. A solution, delivered before both the delivery pumps 14 and 15 reach a normal operation, out of a mixture solution of the specimen and the first reagent mixed in the ultrafine passage 1 is uncertain in a mixture ratio, and must be separated from the ultrafine passage 1. By efficiently separating the uncertain solution of a quantity corresponding to the measurement items from the ultrafine passage 1 to a first disposal tank 6 by a suction pump 16, accurate inspection is allowed by the tiny quantity of specimen.
