PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system with which the performance of an image forming device is improved without wasting by preventing delay in image formation of a next image forming job for securing a post-processing time of the previous image forming job or by reducing the time for delay to the minimum even if the delay is needed, when performing continuous image forming jobs. SOLUTION: When a latency time is brought in a latency time generation determination part 92 and a one-side image formation determination part 91 and it is determined to be one-side image formation, an overlapping delivery control part 93 controls a paper conveyance mechanism in a first paper conveyance pass and a third paper conveyance pass to guide and retract a first piece of paper of the next image forming job to be carried to a first delivery roller 34 through the first paper conveyance pass from the first delivery roller 34 to the third paper conveyance pass, overlap the retracted first piece of paper to the second piece of paper of the next image forming job to be conveyed to the first delivery roller 34 through the first delivery conveyance pass, and deliver those two pieces of paper simultaneously.
