PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-filled vibration isolator that reduces a burden on an actuator by decreasing frictional resistance between a rotary valve and a partition body holding this valve. SOLUTION: The rotary valve 42 provided on the partition body 26 comprises a valve body 60 which opens and closes an orifice passage 40, and a driven shaft 62 provided protrusively in the axial direction S from one end part 60A in its axial direction and connected to a drive shaft 68 of the actuator 66. The valve body 60 is fitted and held rotatably in a valve holding chamber 64 provided inside the partition body 26. The other end part 60B in the axial direction of the valve body 60 is formed in a spherical shape.
