An ultrasonic activator contains an airtight sealed vertically installed cylindrical container with a cover and a bottom installed on shock absorbers, which contain central branch pipes with shut-off-and-regulating valves, and a membrane with a magnetostrictive transducer of ultrasonic vibrations and concentrators of ultrasonic waves located in it. The activator also contains a cylindrical container vertically installed on the shock absorbers with bottom equipped with a central discharge nozzle with a plug valve and a cover with the central inlet nozzle equipped with the plug valve, under which between annular sealing and shock-absorbing padding a membrane with openings is horizontally installed, and the magnetostrictive transducer is rigidly and centrally installed. The conical vacuum concentrator with open upper small basis is similarly fixed between the openings of center section in the periphery. From the lower side of the membrane an additional membrane centrally and rigidly is fastened with openings on its peripheral horizontal part, which coincide with the openings of the membranes. The membrane passes into a part bent downward, which outlines correspond to the outside diameter of the annular cylindrical concentrator, to which it is rigidly fastened and which contains the central openings from the lower side and central openings from the upper side, which coincide with the openings of horizontal and additional membranes. The center section of additional membrane is concave downward and is equipped from below with the central opening, upper side of concave part corresponds to the outline of the outer side of ball concentrator, rigidly and centrally fastened to it and arranged with lateral openings and central lower opening, which coincides with the opening of the additional membrane. |
