The method involves stretching two circular disk-shaped non-woven materials to form a three-dimensionally formed wall, where the stretching is executed in an injecting form. Non-woven layers are inserted into a negative mold (2) in an overlapped manner and are pressed into a calotte-like depression (4) by a mold core. The mold core is dimensioned such that an air gap is formed between the mold core and the negative mold, where the air gap corresponds to thickness of the two non-woven layers.
