A method for simultaneous reproduction of post-operative defect of the upper lip, nasal passage fungus and skin portion of nasal septum comprises the formation of cellulocutaneous flap on nutrient pedicle. The latter is formed for the ellulocutaneous flap of nasal and buccal fold along the edge of the upper lip, which is formed after its resection.
