An installation for producing castings of ammunition by lost foam casting with crystallization under pressure contains a metal structure, a teeming ladle with liquid fusion, a rotary drain chute, a lined crucible chamber of extrusion with mechanisms of fixing thereof, a casting container with a fireproof friable filler, a cellular polystyrene pattern and a fusible rod, a moving plate with vertical guide pins and hydraulic power cylinders, a vacuum system, a hydro-electric power station and a control panel. The lined crucible chamber of extrusion is equipped with calibrating high-temperature transfer sleeves located in its bottom and upper part of the casting container. |
