A BALUN(Balanced to Unbalanced)-LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) is provided to improve area efficiency by using one symmetric inductor when integrating the BALUN-LNA with a chip. A first transistor is connected in a common gate form to amplify a single-ended signal and output a signal comprising a differential signal. A second transistor is connected in a common source form to amplify a single-ended signal and output the signal comprising the differential signal. A symmetric load(310) is electrically connected to the output terminals of the first and second transistors. A current divider(320) divides a part of the current flowing through the second transistor not to flow to the symmetric load. The current divider makes the same current as the current flowing through the first transistor flow between the second transistor and the symmetric load. |
