PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER AND COLOR FILTER USING SAME

A photosensitive resin composition and a color filter forming a pattern with the composition are provided to improve the brightness and obtain the storage stability by improving the electronic property, heat resistance, and mechanical properties. A sensitive resin composition comprises: 0.1-40 weight% of acryl based binder resin; 0.1-20 weight% of acryl based photopolymerization monomer; 0.1-20 weight% of photopolymerization initiator; 0.1-40 weight% of pigment and a solvent of balance. The acryl based binder resin comprises: a compound selected from unsaturated carbonic acid, unsaturated carbonic acid anhydride, and their mixture; and a copolymer of oxetane group containing unsaturated compound. The oxetane containing unsaturated compound has the structure of the chemical formula 1.
