A reduction vessel for filtering seawater after seawater electrolysis is provided to efficiently remove residual chlorine of the electrolyzed seawater and inexpensively control the concentration of the residual chlorine according to the growth step of cultured fishes. A reduction vessel(100) for filtering seawater after seawater electrolysis includes a main reduction vessel. The main reduction vessel comprises a first space part, a first filter layer(120), a second filter layer(130), and a third filter layer(140). The electrolyzed seawater flows into the first space part. The first filter layer is positioned under the first space part. The first filter layer is formed of sand. The second filter layer is positioned under the first filter layer. The second filter layer is formed of a magnesium hydroxide powder. The third filter layer is positioned under the second filter layer. The third filter layer is formed of pulverized green tea leaves.
