A target service offer method, a server and a system thereof for providing target data in consideration of the property of a user of a terminal are provided to acquire and use information about age of the terminal user within a connection region of the terminal. A connection management unit(210) is requested for connection from the terminal. The connection manager obtains the target information. The connection manager controls the terminal so that connection be continuously maintained to the terminal requested for the target service from the terminal. A target service providing unit(220) extracts target data from the database by using target the information. The target service transmits the extracted target data to the terminal. |
