A pergola installed within a building complex having a moving unit is provided to move to the location having shade in the summer and move to the location having sunlight in the winter by installing a foldable moving unit on the bottom of the pergola. A pergola installed within a building complex having a moving unit comprises: a plurality of supports(21) which are fixed to the ground, and in which a support pillar is coupled on the upper part; a plurality of support pillars(20) being coupled on the upper part of the support and being fixed to the edge of the floor and supporting the floor; a floor(30) which is installed and fixed at the middle part of the support pillar, and is formed in a flat board form in order that men sit down; a roof(10) which is coupled on the upper end of the support pillar and protecting the floor; and a foldable moving unit in which a support plate(41) is coupled on the lower end of the floor and in which a wheel(44) is coupled on the lower end and in which a length adjusting portion(42) is hinge-coupled to the supporting plate and the support.
