ELECTRON BEAM WELDING METHOD OF SUPERCONDUCTING CAVITY

摘要

A method for electron-beam welding of a superconducting cavity is provided to improve a surface state of a head shape by performing welding with an optimized condition. A method for electron-beam welding of a superconducting cavity welds reciprocally each constituent parts of the superconducting cavity(10) made of a superconducting metal material. The superconducting cavity is manufactured by a hydroforming method. An electron-beam is positioned in a range of 50mm ~ 150mm deviating from a fixed focus by the superconducting cavity with heat.
