<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a temperature-elevation time of a fuel cell in the case it is started at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: After receiving an operation starting command such as an ignition ON, in the case a temperature of a cooling water detected by a temperature sensor T2 is a prescribed low temperature start-up starting temperature or less, a control part 6 opens a shutoff valve 36 in an air circulation flow passage 34 and starts a low temperature starting operation. After that, in the case the temperature of the cooling water detected by the temperature sensor T2 is the prescribed low temperature start-up ending temperature or more, it closes the shutoff valve 36 in the air circulation flow passage 34 and moves the cell to a normal operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
