<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light condensing device which can be manufactured with a simple structure in large quantities at low cost, can efficiently condense incoming light at a wide range of angles, and has high convenience and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: The light condensing device 100a has a normal light condensing part 110a which makes light irradiated from outside enter therein and guides the light in the normal direction, a normal light distribution part 120a which distributes light in a predetermined direction while refracting the light, and a linear light guide part 130a which makes light from the normal light distribution part 120a enter therein and guides the light in one predetermined direction while making total reflection inside. Preferably, the normal light distribution part 120a has a plurality of normal light distribution channels 121 having a solid structure, and the linear light guide part 130a has a plurality of linear light guide channels 131 separated optically to each other.
