PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicidal composition having a wider herbicidal spectrum, high activity and long lasting effect in contrast with many herbicidal compositions developed and used at present, since there are many kinds of weeds to be controlled and emerging over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The herbicidal composition comprises (A) a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein, R is a hydrogen atom or a group of formula -COCH<SB>2</SB>OCH<SB>3</SB>) or its salt, and (B) pyraclonil or its salt as active ingredients.
