<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply chain optimization system and a supply chain optimization method, for optimizing physical distribution cost and an inventory stock money amount of stock of materials and a product allowing prevention of shipment delay by lack of the product stock and production delay by stockout and the materials even if a sales plan change by rapid sales number increase occurs, and a physical distribution route of material and product supply. <P>SOLUTION: The physical distribution route of material procurement and the stock of the materials and product not causing delivery date delay of the product in time of the sales plan change in a supply chain are calculated such that total cost of the physical distribution cost and the inventory stock money amount becomes minimum in the whole supply chain by simulation using a supply chain model. The inventory stock money amount and the physical distribution cost are set to a KPI (Key Peformance Indicator) of the supply chain, and the supply chain is managed. The physical distribution route of the stock of the materials and the product on the supply chain in time of the actual sales plan change is optimized by the simulation using the supply chain model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
