PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box having a lock structural portion capable of mechanizing a lid-closing work and allowing a lid to be sufficiently kept in a locked state. SOLUTION: A lock piece insertion guiding portion 22 is formed by integrally opening a part of a slit portion 21 for holding a slit-like lock piece formed in an outer lid flap 10 for locking a lid portion 8 in an expanding manner. A guide ridge portion 22a is provided on at least one end of the lock piece insertion guiding portion 22. A lock piece 12 to be inserted into the slit portion 21 for holding the slit-like lock piece is provided at a free end part of a locking and holding portion 11a extending from a front panel 2. At least one oblique line 12a formed in a tapered manner toward the free end part is provided on the lock piece 12. A lock structural portion is constituted so that the lock piece 12 is inserted into the slit portion 21 for holding the slit-like lock piece while being guided by the guide ridge portion 22a and the oblique line 12a following the action of inserting the lock piece 12 in the lock piece insertion guiding portion 22.
