PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition improved in properties such as transferability or releasability for a die, while retaining mechanical properties such as rigidity. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a linear olefin-based resin and a cyclic olefin-based resin. The linear olefin-based resin comprises a polymer alloy of a polyethylene-based resin and a polypropylene-based resin. The weight ratio of the polyethylene-based resin to the polypropylene-based resin may be former/latter=5/95 to 50/50. The cyclic olefin-based resin may be a copolymer of a cyclic olefin and a linear olefin and the cyclic olefin content of the cyclic olefin-based resin may be about 60-80 mol% based on the total amount of the cyclic olefin-based resin. The cyclic olefin-based resin may be a copolymer of a bicyclic olefin and a linear olefin. The cyclic olefin-based resin may have a glass transition temperature of about 60-160°C.
