PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system and method capable of continuously receiving a voice on the mobile side as well as capable of preventing an interference when a train during a call moves between radio base stations. SOLUTION: A voice channel used for the call by a mobile moving on a track such as the train is reserved previously in a next radio base station, and a voice signal sent in a current-line base station zone is given to the next base station previously, thus minimizing the interruption of voice onto a car from a ground at the time of mobile handover. When an opposite train conducting the call by the same channel approaches, the train earlier approaching the pre-closing zone of an opposite call channel is forcibly disconnected from communication service for a fixed time (for a base-station passage time) previously while the previous blow of the voice signal is stopped. When one train is handed over, the interruption of voice is made minute. The interruption of the voice during the call is made minute so far as the call of the opposite train during a forced disconnection is completed while the previous blow of the voice signal can be reopened to the train.
