PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of a pop-up flash unit and miniaturize the unit, and also reduces the shading of flash light. SOLUTION: The device includes a fixing member having a guide part and a second member which retains a light emitting part and moves while engaging with the guide part.
