PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pole for partitioning, which exerts both high durability and high workability. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the pole, structural members 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d arranged on front, rear, right and left sides thereof are each formed into a triangle in cross section, having one inclined surface 6a inclined at 45 degrees, the other inclined surface 6b inclined at 45 degrees, and a bottom surface W, and each have a hooked first engaging portion 8a formed on the one inclined surface 6a and facing to the center, and a hooked second engaging portion 8b formed on the other inclined surface 6b and facing to the opposite side to the center. Then at least parts 9a, 9b, 9c including the first engaging portion 8a and the second engaging portion 8b in the inclined surfaces 6a, 6b of one of the structural members 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and the other structural members 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d adjacent to each other, are abutted on each other, and the first engaging portion 8a is engaged with the second engaging portion 8b. Further, fixed members 2a, 2b arranged at the center abuts on the inclined surfaces 6a of the structural members 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and at least one of the structural members 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d has a panel mounting portion 4 formed on the bottom surface W.
