PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the absorption efficiency of the medicine components of a wet type medicine sheet using a medicine for treatment containing electrolytic and nonelectrolytic medicine components without using a special battery. SOLUTION: An insulating plate 4 is interposed between a first electrode plate 2 formed of aluminum of a low standard electrode potential and a second electrode plate 3 formed of stainless steel of a standard electrode potential higher than that, they are stuck to a medicine surface turning the first electrode plate 2 to the medicine surface and turning the surface of the second electrode plate 3 to the opposite side, and the second electrode plate is abutted to the skin S. Thus, by a potential difference between the first and second electrode plates 2 and 3, a current through the skin S is generated between them, and the electrolytic medicine components ionized by the current are absorbed from the skin S into the body. The absorption efficiency of the medicine components of the wet type medicine sheet using the medicine A for treatment containing the electrolytic medicine components is improved without using a special battery.
