PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene expression analysis method capable of performing expression analysis of a plurality of genes in one experimental system, conventionally performed experiments based on each gene independently, and, thereby capable of performing more accurate gene expression analysis. SOLUTION: The method comprises selectively preparing a plurality of cells containing the emission-labeled predetermined genes under observation, giving predetermined stimulation to the plurality of the cells on a condition of housing the prepared plurality of the genes in the same container, frequently taking emission pictures of the plurality of the cells on a condition of capturing the stimulated cells in the same visual field and analyzing change of expression states of each predetermined gene based on a plurality of imaged emission pictures.
