The invention concerns a fluid turbine comprising stator (1), fitted with fluid inlet (6) and outlet (8), and rolling rotor (2) installed inside the confusor part of stator (1) at one end of shaft (5), with the other end fixed in clamp (9) of clamping mechanism (10) on stator (1). Shaft (5) of rolling rotor (2) is fixed in clamp (9) of clamping mechanism (10) non-rotationally with the possibility of angular deflection in all directions. A generator connected to shaft (5).
