USER ACCESS METHOD AND GATEWAY EQUIPMENT IN WIMAX SYSTEM

A user access method and gateway equipment in WIMAX system, which apply in worldwide interoperability for microwave access WIMAX system comprising an access service network ASN and a connecting service network CSN. The ASN connects with at least one CSN. The method comprises that ASN receives access request of the terminal and obtains domain information; ASN determines the CSN which the terminal accesses according to the domain information of the terminal. There is also a gateway equipment which uses the method. By using the method, the user access can be selectively or strategically controlled and the network resource requirements of the users which have already accessed the network can be satisfied and higher Quality of Service is provided.
