An installation for cleaving rock, concrete, brick and clay materials contains a metallic frame, two cutters - upper and lower. The lower cutter is in fixed state in the lower part of the metallic frame, the upper cutter is retained on springs, which are fastened to the metallic frame, and it is lowered by means of a screw. The screw is retained by means of a thread in a bar and fixes the upper cutter, the bar from one side is attached with a bolt to the metallic frame in its upper part, and from other side has a metallic lug, which is pressed by a lever of special shape connected from one side with the handle through auxiliary bar and from other side, which has an asymmetrical lug, it is connected with the metallic frame. When the operator presses on the handle the lever presses on the bar and the upper cutter is also pressed, due to which cleavage of material occurs. The handle consists of one or two metallic parts, which are fastened by bolts, and a pole at the end. The lower part of the metallic frame is arranged on the step from one side and wheels for movement and stability - from other side. Rapid and precise cleavage of material with application of insignificant physical force is ensured. |
