A data input device is provided, which enhances the signal transmission efficiency by controlling the delay degree of external input data according to the test mode. A data delay part(640) outputs input data in response to the test mode signal while making the delay degree different. The data alignment signal generator receives the first signal and the second signal and outputs one among the first signal and the second signal in data alignment signal. The first signal is synchronized with the external clock signal. The second signal is synchronized with data strobe signal. The data arranger(670) is synchronized with data alignment signal and arranges delayed data.
