TRAILER WEB STRUCTURE FOR STRESS DISPERSION AND DAMAGE PREVENTION

A trailer web structure for stress dispersion and damage prevention is provided to modify the structure of a stress concentration part of a main web flange as recognized by finite element method, thereby preventing damage and cracks but elongating the lifespan of the trailer. A trailer web structure for stress dispersion and damage prevention includes a main web flange(100) having a belly part(110). The belly part has a rounding part(140) from a starting point(120) to an end point(130), wherein the rounding part has a radius curvature in the perpendicular direction with respect to the longitudinal direction of the main web flange. The main web flange is kept rectilinearly to a rear end thereof from the end point of the belly part without any difference of height.
