A robbery or missing preventing device using Bluetooth is provided to attach a receiver to a body of a user and generate a warning sound by a receiver if a transmitter is separated by a predetermined distance, thereby minimizing missing of belongings. A Bluetooth link management performs configuration, establishment and encryption functions of a Bluetooth link. A Bluetooth signal controller controls each unit to smoothly perform a signal processing function of a terminal. A Bluetooth wireless transceiver transmits and receives a wireless signal. A data storage unit stores ID information of a correspondent terminal. If communication with the correspondent terminal is not performed, a warning generator generates a warning.
