<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a more ideal sound field as a headphone coping with multi-channels. <P>SOLUTION: Drive units, which correspond to LFch, Cch, RFch, LSch, RFch, and LFEch, are provided separately at respective right and left housing sections of the headphone corresponding to 5.1-channel surround sound. The drive units are disposed longitudinally in the order of arrangement corresponding to the speaker disposition pattern of a listening environment model determined based on ITU recommendations, and are disposed by adjusting their positions so that a relationship conforming to a distance from each channel sound source in the listening environment model to ears is given for a distance from the drive unit of each channel to ears. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
