<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of displaying information related to an arranged position of user's communication equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A projector 40 projects an image on a two-dimensional communication sheet 30. The communication equipment 10 detects positional information included in the projected image as positional information indicating the arranged position of itself, and transmits the detected positional information to communication equipment 20 via the two-dimensional communication sheet 30. The communication equipment 20 extracts, when the positional information is received, information related to the position where the communication equipment 10 is arranged based on the received positional information, and transmits the extracted related information to the communication equipment 10 via the two-dimensional communication sheet 30.
