<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an effect of an SCM (supply chain management) measure to be obtained in a simulation by calculating not only stock waveform but also an amount of stock by stock generation factor (by problem structure). <P>SOLUTION: In a supply chain evaluation system, a supply chain plan is made up in accordance with simulation time control and, based on that, procurement, manufacture, shipment, and logistic flow to a customer are calculated in a simulation, and this is repeated just for a time for simulation.
