PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for creating a model cell of autoimmune disease or a model animal of the autoimmune disease, and to provide a method for diagnosing the autoimmune disease.

SOLUTION: The method for creating the model cell of the autoimmune disease or the model animal of the autoimmune disease includes introducing a material inhibiting gene splicing function of U1RNP to a culture cell or a laboratory animal to cause the onset of the autoimmune disease.
