PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of facilitating a change in X-ray irradiation conditions and reducing X-ray exposure amounts of a subject and an operator. SOLUTION: This X-ray diagnostic apparatus is provided with a single switching section 2 provided switchably in a plurality of switch positions and, when being switched to each switch position, irradiating an X-ray under different irradiation conditions, a setting means 13 for setting the X-ray irradiation conditions to be irradiated when the switching section 2 is switched to each switch position, and a storage section 14 for storing the X-ray irradiation conditions set for every switch position.
